Working principle of KCB and 2CY gear oil pumps
The KCB and 2CY gear oil pumps produced are equipped with a pair of rotating gears, one active and one passive, which rely on the mutual meshing of the two gears to divide the entire working chamber inside the pump into two independent parts. When the gears enter meshing, the liquid is squeezed out, forming high-pressure liquid and discharged outside the pump through the pump's outlet.

Performance and advantages
Good self-priming ability, smooth operation, equipped with a safety valve.The KCB type gear pump is a horizontal rotary pump, mainly composed of a pump body, gears, bearing seats, safety valves, bearings, and sealing devices. It has a simple and compact structure, is easy to use and maintain, and has good self-priming. Before each pump is turned on, there is no need to inject liquid, and the lubrication of the pump is automatically achieved by the transported liquid. No additional lubricating fluid is required during daily operation. This type of pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil that do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non corrosive, highly volatile, have a temperature not exceeding 70 ℃, and a viscosity of 5-1500cst. If high temperature resistance is required, high-temperature resistant materials can be used, and the operating temperature should not exceed 200 ℃.

Applied to oil depots, docks, ships, factories, farms, mines, etc. Used for transporting non corrosive lubricating oil, heavy oil, industrial light oil, edible oil and other oil products.
